Now we are the first to admit that a huge majority of our visitors are coming from the major metro areas of Minnesota, Wisconsin & Illinois - and that is a good thing.  Most (vast majority) vacation home buyers and renters do not travel more than 4 hours away (average is 220 miles according to the National Association of Realtors) from their primary residence.
